12 weeks at two to four sessions a week, your coaches will

transform you. Special focus is given to EDUCATING clients and
PRACTICAL application of exercise habits and nutrition. The secret
lies in the safety, variety and specific introduction of movements
into the program. It is as challenging as it is fun. You will
come away with tangible and intangible results that are
literally life

N E R S T R E N G T H _A B S™
The style is new and unlike any other method currently being
taught. Heavily based on technique, this floor-work approach
combines many
original moves and functional stabilization positions as well
as those that were created from foundations in yoga, Pilates™,
and other mat work and dance disciplines. Probably the most important
aspect of training stems from the understanding and application
of our K-contraction™ principal.

O W E R C O R E™
Utilizing the best abdominal training device on the market,
a Power Wheel™, participants are taken through a
twice weekly and progressive core-conditioning workout
over 8-weeks. The Power Wheel™ is
strapped to your feet as you perform dozens of movement patterns,
each requiring stabilizing and balance contractions from your
mid-section to complete. Without a Power Wheel™,
this type of stimulus is simply not attainable through
any other means of training in
existence.

. A . S . K .™ _P R O G R A M
Teamwork. Agility. Speed. Kenesis. T.A.S.K.™ is an all weather
approach to year round group athletic training. Participants
crawl, jump and sprint as they utilize sport specific equipment,
overcome
obstacles and at times, rely on partners. We combine a sport
conditioning class with elements of a military boot camp and Survivor;
and no
two workouts are the same. Some of the equipment used: Power
Sled, Medicine Balls, Jump trainers, Plyometric Boxes, Cones, Agility
Ladder, Hurdles, Ankle Tubing, Parachutes, Speed Trainers,
Power
Wheels and much more!

Our 6-month training program offers unique style and service
with a focus on a fun and rewarding training experience.
All too often,
group training becomes less personal. Therefore, our training
program more closely resembles "personal training" for
a marathon or half marathon. Training begins in late October,
concluding with
Nashville’s Country Music Marathon and Half Marathon
in late April.

Innovation brings gymnastic elements together with plyometric
principals for increased upper body power and function.
Utilizing traditional
playground equipment and gymnastic apparatus, a battery
of new exercises are formed and a new level of performance
is
reached.

An InnerStrength method that was designed to improve
posture, promote greater stability and integrity in
the involved
joints, improve
balance, heighten core involvement (specifically abdominal

Another unique concept that has enormous benefits to
those that are concerned with time efficiency or
those that prefer
circuit-
training workouts. Typically, one set is effective
and two sets can be deadly! Thus, UPSETS™ double
meaning. It has sport specific applications that
any endurance athlete can relate to.

InnerStrength’s unique methodology of meal design teaches
you at a behavioral level how to adopt effective and practical
ways of eating to win. From the very first week, our clientele
averages a 2-4 pound weight loss per week. All without ever having
