A short, group run starts at 9:00 AM for our seasoned veterans or anyone that would like to join in. We’ll meet, do a quick stretch and complete an approximate 3 mile course. Coffee and snacks will be provided after the run and prior to the orientation. The orientation should only take about 45 minutes. Please contact Matt Royka with questions and to reserve your space at this exclusive training event. Bring your friends too!

Get involved early! Finish strong! Train confident! Whether it is for the full of half marathon goal, we'll give you the training experienceyour looking for! Our 6-month training program offers unique style and service with a focus on a fun and rewarding training experience. All too often, group training becomes less personal. Therefore, our training program more closely resembles “personal training” for a marathon or half marathon. Training begins in late October, concluding with Nashville’s Country Music Marathon and Half Marathon in late April.

To keep our personal approach to coaching, class size must be limited to 50 participants per season. What is the value of our personal approach in training matters like this? You get what you pay for! We’re different, bottom line. There are several groups in town, so we compete by providing a unique experience and environment in which to train!

What type of runners do you usually have in the group?
From first timers to seasoned veterans. The diversity of the group ranges from marathon times of 3:14 to 6:40 for the Country Music Marathon.
